Job Description:

Integral IT Services is looking for a Full-Time Executive Assistant. This position has a variety of job responsibilities. You will assist the owner, office manager, and other co-workers as needed. You must be willing to answer telephones, dispatch jobs, handle incoming payments, make follow up calls and emails to clients, schedule appointments, run errands, assist in the busy day to day tasks, and manage special projects. It is important to us that we take care of our customers and meet their needs. This position helps us maintain happy customers, increases sales of our products and services, and helps keep business running smoothly.

At least 1-year experience in a customer service-oriented position is strongly desired. No experience in Information Technology is required, but could be a plus. High school diploma or GED is required.

$12-15/hr DOE with a specialized benefit package
